no more photos today. today i head for london and hope i can get my remaining work completed on the train. and then pack for greenbelt while watching the final episode of 24 which I finally got up to date with last night. so since i have little of worth to say here i will instead recommend something i found while catching up with lifeasastick. enjoy. Lots more sorting through photos brings me to the point where only 162 photos (all from Shiraz and Takht-e Jamshid) are left to work through. I’m guessing it’ll take a while to get to a state of proper organisation, so for those who just want to see the raw evidence, those I’ve processed so far can be found here.

was feeling good that i’d reduced the photos to sort through and scale down from 20 days’ worth to 5. but then i realised that of my 497 photos, 357 were from those 5 days. so a fair bit more to do on that front. on the other hand, good progress made on the icc records website. and a new mp3 up at sarahmasen.com.

a new design began to take shape yesterday. it was all based around the photo currently lurking to the left of this entry. but about an hour in i decided i really didn’t like it, so that one hit the cutting floor. check out julie lee’s uk tour dates i’m off back to reading today so probably won’t get a huge amount done. need to pick up some journal articles from campus and then prepare for two days of flat out work on iccrecords.com (with any breaks dedicated to compressing photos) and packing. ...

well it seems i’m setting up something resembling a blog. don’t think i’ll blog seriously, but it might be a good opportunity to pull various things together. it’s all david dark’s fault really. he suggested i use this space to put some recent photos up, which led me to thinking they could do with some context. so this weekend’s project will be to put up some photos from the iran trip. lots of optimising to do…. ...
